Pricing questions answered
The platform fee is deducted from your payout at the time a booking settles — not when it's placed. You are never charged upfront. If a booking is cancelled before the tour date (within the cancellation policy), the platform fee is not retained.
Operators on the Starter tier receive payouts monthly. Growth tier operators receive bi-weekly payouts. Network tier operators can opt for weekly payouts. Payouts are processed to a registered Colombian or international bank account. The platform fee is deducted before transfer.
Yes. Tiers are based on your rolling 30-day booking volume. If you exceed your tier's booking cap, you are automatically moved to the next tier and the lower fee applies going forward from that point. You can also manually upgrade at any time.
A booking is counted when it reaches "confirmed" status — either via instant confirmation or after operator approval on on-request products. Provisional or on-request bookings pending your approval do not count toward your monthly volume or trigger a fee until confirmed.
